Setup guides

Setup guides are being prepared

The full platform is planned to issue a separate VPN config or QR code for each active device slot. These guides explain the intended customer setup flow without claiming live automation before it is connected.

Device setup guides

Guides will start with clear text and screenshots. Video guides can be added later once the live customer dashboard and VPN issuing flow are ready.

Windows

Planned guide for installing the VPN app, importing a config file, and connecting to the selected launch network.

  1. Download the recommended VPN app.
  2. Download your device config from the dashboard.
  3. Import the config.
  4. Connect and confirm access.

Android

Planned guide for scanning a QR code or importing a config on Android devices.

  1. Install the recommended VPN app.
  2. Open your device slot in the dashboard.
  3. Scan the QR code or import the config.
  4. Connect and test.

iPhone / iPad

Planned guide for iOS setup using QR code delivery or config import once account access is live.

  1. Install the recommended VPN app.
  2. Open the QR code for your device slot.
  3. Add the VPN profile.
  4. Connect and confirm the tunnel works.

macOS

Planned guide for Mac users who need a separate config for their laptop or desktop.

  1. Install the recommended VPN app.
  2. Download your device config.
  3. Import the tunnel.
  4. Connect when needed.

Linux

Planned guide for Linux users who prefer a desktop app or command-line WireGuard-style setup.

  1. Install the required VPN tooling.
  2. Download your assigned device config.
  3. Import or place the config safely.
  4. Connect and verify routing.

Extra devices

Each device should use its own active device slot. Sharing one config across multiple devices is not the intended setup model.

  1. Choose a plan with enough device slots.
  2. Assign one slot per device.
  3. Issue one config per device.
  4. Revoke or replace old configs when needed.

Device replacement planned

The intended account flow will allow a device to be replaced by invalidating the old config and issuing a fresh setup for the new device. This is not connected in staging yet.

Dashboard delivery planned

The future dashboard should show device slots, setup files, QR codes, account status, and support routes after payment and account creation are connected.

Private staging note

Live payment, account creation, config issuing, QR generation, revoke/replace tools, and expiry enforcement are planned but not connected in this staging build yet.
